HOW TO PREVENT DIABETES MELLITUS ? 
    *To know more about it, First you must know what  'Diabetes Mellitus' is[?]

Diabetes Mellitus is the most scary disease, you know why? because it have an ability to damage one of your important cell in your body and with so progressive.

Hypoglycemic medicines are not even used anymore because, they are can't take a control high sugar levels. And the high sugar become toxic to our organs. In Jakarta have been observed that patients with diabetes mellitus about 1,7% on 1982 became 5,7% on 1993, and it increasing became 12,8% on 2001 in around sub-urban Jakarta. Don't you think it does scary right? and we as the next generation have to prevent it to our bright future.


*Penyakit diabetes mellitus tidak hanya menyerang 'lansia'. Bahkan, anak2 ataupun remaja seperti kita bisa terserang oleh penyakit diabetes mellitus. So, i'll give you some advice about this. 



1. Protein : make sure to eat Meat non fat, fish(seafood), chicken non their skin, and milk low fat ^^
2. Dietary Fiber : Fruit and vegetables ^^
3. And don't forget this >> Physical Exercise, do it on regular basis. 
4. Chiropody (perawatan kaki) <<-- THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ! it's not just like simple



Okay guys hope it may help you, i'm  sorry it didn't too long because i've just read it about 2 days ago. And i just have an idea it may be some help for you especially teenagers. Diabetes mellitus maybe not come to us right now but someday if we do not prevent it from now, it could be problem in the future.
